Forging process analysis specific forgings. Forging process analysis is a system engineering problem. Although it is still an empirical analogy and inference, it is a method characterized by the mental work of individual craftsmen, so it is required that those engaged in this work should be familiar with the existing production methods and master the characteristics, scope of application and limitations of various forging process schemes.

To sum up, we have a comprehensive understanding of the forging processing methods of specific forgings. If the analysis is based on the existing knowledge and experience, the proposed process schemes will be limited to the existing production mode, and then further thinking and new ideas will be put forward. In view of the inherent shortcomings of existing schemes, new technological schemes are designed by improving or changing forgings if possible in terms of deformation mode, reduction of working procedure, energy saving and material saving.
